Look at This: Compression in Action
I was recently watching a video of some engineers explaining how Attack and Release work, and I’m not quite sure about the way they were describing things. So I put together a little video to demonstrate a bit more on how Attack and Release actually work within a compressor, and to talk a little bit about why we hear what we hear.
